Abstract

Guidelines for the Submission

  1. The deadline for online-only submission of Abstracts is strictly 15 November, 2024.

  2. Abstracts are to be submitted through the internet website https://30ssog.com/ or regular e-mail: abstract@30ssog.com, following strictly the specific guidelines.

  3. Confirmation of acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be sent by email on 10th January 2025.

  4. In order to avoid disruption of the session by “no-shows,” accepted Abstracts will only be integrated into the Final Program if the confirmation of acceptance has been received by January 20, 2024!

  5. The length of the abstract text is limited to 250-350 words (double space, Times New Roman, font size 14).

  6. Text shall be structured as follows:

    • Introduction
    • Materials & Methods
    • Results

    One table and one picture only may be included.

  7. After acceptance, the exchange of the Presenting Author will only be possible with the approval of the written request by the Scientific Committee by January 20, 2024.

  8. The Presenting Author’s Name must be identical to what will be written in the Congress Registration Form.

  9. Mailing Address – Any communication regarding the acceptance will only be given to the Submitting Author at the address or email address as registered.

  10. Each Presenting Author of an accepted abstract must submit a Disclosure Form showing commercial, financial, or research relationships or interests.

  11. The Oral Presentation must be presented by a consultant or specialist.
