Registration fees entitle participants to attend all sessions and CME certificates.
Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.

Payments

All registration fees must be paid in advance.

If you are using Bank Transfer, please indicate your first and family names, your registration number (mentioned on your profile)

Cancellations & Refunds

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.
No refunds are available for cancellations.
